Stay was delightful. Very clean and modern. Not positive if this property is used as a full apt air b&b but there is 1 shared bathroom. Fortunately, we had no one else staying. If you don’t prefer going up stairs do not stay here. There was a total of about 5 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Tough without an elevator. Otherwise, communication was great, they allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout and were very helpful.

The flat is located in the heart of Florence , walking distance from all main attractions. Duomo is exactly opposite the flat and the view is amazing Comfortable beds , really clean and it got everything that you may need for your stay including a coffee machine. The host is really kind and helpful, I can thank him enough for everything

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely unacceptable. There was no running water, so showering was impossible, and the bed had no proper sheets—the mattress was exposed and filthy. Worst of all, a stranger walked into my room while I was changing because the hotel gave two guests the same room number. That is a massive safety and privacy violation. The staff showed no concern and offered no solution. This accommodation is unhygienic, unsafe, and should not be listed. Do not stay here. Still waiting to hear back for a refund.
