I also requested a handicapped accessible roll in shower when I booked and upon check in I was told that since I booked on a third party site I get what I get. I’m a double amputee in a wheelchair. "

"No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. "
