The only issue we had with the room was the ice maker did not work in the freezer, but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to provide us with ice. The only other issue we had was that other guests allowed their children to carry the juice glasses from breakfast area to their rooms and was many spills in the elevator which made for tricky walking espicially for my husband who is handicapped was afraid he would fall, notified the front desk and they had it cleaned as best as they could during this time. We will stay again next time we are in Fort Worth.

The staff was friendly and professional. However for a $144/night stay, the room was not ready by check-in time, an unexpected $30 charged for a room fee was added, and the shower drain did not drain properly and filled up quickly, making it unsanitary. I only stayed for a night and did not report it, as I was in a hurry and it was a quick trip. All else was fine.

The lady working the front desk was maybe having a bad day… she definitely could have been nicer. The AC did not cool very well. We did not report these things it was late when we checked in & we checked out early the next day. Bed was comfortable shower had plenty of pressure & hot water.

Ideal for family stay. Loved that the layout is separate sitting area and kitchenette. The Kitchenette provides all quality utensils needed (Pots are stainless steel, not polytetrafluoroethylene/Teflon!) The overall environment from outside to indoors is quite pleasant. There's a Wing Stop and other fast food restaurants within a minute walking distance - no need to cross the street. Then across the street is Albertson's grocery. Oh and I loved that there is sitting available out front entryway at that location. I've recommended this property/chain to my friend and will definitely book Staybridge again.

Good place to stay for the areas we visited. On average 10 to 30 minutes from most Fort Worth tourist attractions. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was better than most. Cook top inside the suite did not work, and pool area was subpar, but otherwise, A nice hotel

On the top of that, when we arrived an hour before the breakfast end time, everything from toast to egg was not available. The hotel was conveniently located to the venue I needed to be at for an event. The front-desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and alert. The property itself was average and I did not get to use the amenities. The room I was put in was not cleaned properly (hair throughout the bathroom and on the towel) and the A/C was not working properly (stayed at 80-81 degrees the entire stay in the Texas summer).

The property was good and clean. The breakfast has a lot of things that were empty and never refilled without constantly asking the staff. Check in was great although upon checking in, we didn’t have a crib set up as promised and we had to got to the front desk for extra sheets for the sofa bed. Quick stop as we were passing through and it was a great choice. We hit some bad weather and checked in late. The front desk clerk David offered us a late check in and was super nice! Room was set up nice and everything was clean! Would definitely stay again
