「Was never able to check in because the front desk was closed and the person working there had left. Had to find another place to stay.」

「Great pet friend area and great for being next to the Providence Canyon Park happy. I got it for the easy walk to the trail. Not too fair from any place if ya want to eat good food」

「Was conveniently located and quiet. Towels and shampoo were good. Check-in was very polite. 3 of 4 ice machines were out of order. Bed was uncomfortable. Texted me asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. I asked if they maybe had a memory foam topper. No answer. 「Decent stay at a decent price. Helpful staff.」

「Friendly staff」

「It was not clean and properly sanitized. There was trash in the hallway that stayed there for the day and night. There was NO HOT WATER. Overheard an employee say “oh no not again “.」

Everything else was fine.」

The sink in the bathroom was just stopped up. There were stains on the quilt, but they did replace it upon our request and...

「Ppl nocking in my door asking for a phone and bothering ur late night」

「Do not stay here. Bugs and trash in the rooms.」

「Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them. Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...
