"Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good and reception was extremely helpful. Dog-friendly location right next to Swansea Bay beach. Beware of seasonal restrictions for dog access to beach. Room felt in need of some TLC."

"The main areas of the hotel are good, clean, modern. The staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent, friendly. I only ate dinner a couple of times, no breakfast or lunch, but the dinner menu was fine, good variety, good quality. Hotel prices obviously, although there are other places not far ..."
