「We stayed in the Owl's Den and what a lovely room! Very small, but beautiful view of the lake. Very quiet and just the overnight getaway we needed. Loved the shower head in the bathroom, too! Next time, we'll try another room and perhaps have dinner at Dock Brown's as well.」

The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person.」

「This is a lovely older B n B in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay here; however by using the codes at front door and room , it felt rather cold not having contact with anyone the entire time we were here. On a positive not; the room was huge, the bath was nice, the quiet, peaceful view out back was nice and the grab and go breakfast was adequate. 」

「An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat.
