There is no staff on site. Fire alarm went off no one showed up for 20 mins. The shower situation was less than desirable. The property outside was not weeded and lacked any care. Any guest that I spoke to all felt the same. We go once a year to Lenox and will not be staying there.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dewy. Our room was large and well appointed. The hotel was in a great location for Lenox and it’s attractions. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

The Whitlock is right in town, loving eating area and sitting and bar downstairs. Rooms are simple and open and spacious- we had a suite. Bathroom was great lots of light and windows. The Dewey was absolutely sublime- so period - several cozy living rooms all the sitting, books, games and nic knacks to admire. Convenient kitchen with yummy breakfast nibbles.

Lovely old inn. You might have to accept the occasional creak in the floor and slightly tilted stairs. Charming.
