「Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it. 」

「The room was fine but besides Andrew and Brandon, the staff was not accommodating. My last day there, the beach person decided not to believe I was a guest of the hotel and wouldn't seat me under the shade since they were for guests. Finally, he got me a chaise but no towels in the sun. Hours later, the chaises under the shade had still not been used and I was upset to the point of tears and burnt. Mind you, you can only get to the beach from the hotel. Even though they knew I was there for...

「There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants.」
