"The hotel is showing its age. Hall carpets were very worn, a bit of paint would make the hallways look a bit fresher. The pool was difficult to use as it was very crowded and no available chairs or chaises. The room we had was excellent and in good shape, only issue is the toilet and sink were very low to the ground and uncomfortable to use. The views are great, the 2 minute walk to the beach was excellent. Lobby coffee and tea was a plus. Overall it's about Location, Location, none better. Quick walk to Rehoboth Ave, the main street. The Restaurants we ate at were all fantastic, interesting and well prepared meals."

"The property is really convenient, clean, and comfortable to stay in! Just a heads-up: if your room is in Avenue 2, you will hear a lot of constant street and bar noise. It gets really loud and makes it hard to fall asleep at night."
