「Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that.」

「The room was spacious and comfortable, coming of the road the sleep on the bed almost felt like I was home.」

「Didn’t care so much for the fact that the rooms were not throughly cleaned a daily basis. One day they picked up the trash in the room and didn’t make the beds or swap out towels. Another day the made the bed and didn’t empty trash or switch towels. Another day they swapped towels and left trash in the trash can and the bed unmade. Couldn’t keep up with what to expect when I left the room and returned. I thought this should be a standard practice across the board. So for that they get a “no”...

「Relatively old facility, great breakfast, nice staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in.」

「The room was a lot smaller than I imagined, but that wasn't the issue. It was the other guest on the floor; there were kids running through the halls and kept slamming the door until about 2am. I picked up the phone to call the front desk at about midnight and there was no answer. Finally, I said something about 12:30am and it still continued until 2am. I went to my commencement tired as you can imagine as I had to get up early.」

「Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."」

「The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.」
