「We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4...

「My daughter and I, with 3 small grandchildren had to stop late afternoon and book a room unexpectedly. The process was easy and efficient. There was a wonderful employee named Gabriella that went above and beyond helping us find the perfect room and getting us the extra towels/plates etc... she helped us park close to an entry door and helped hold the door as we brought the babies in. She was very kind and deserves a raise! 」
