The property was quiet. Overall, the stay was good. I found someone else’s hair in the shower and the carpet had debris so I’m not sure it was vacuumed before my stay.

What I like the most is that I stay at villa Rica holiday Inn express every time I visit Georgia lately it’s been every 2 to 3 months and one of the managers knows me an always greets me with a big welcome back The staff are so very friendly and help you with whatever you need.

The staff at front desk were excellent, but our room was really filthy. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean all the bathroom & bedroom surfaces. They were dusty with spots of dried food & liquid. The toilet had hair on the toilet seat & the sink was dirty.
