「This bed and breakfast was rustic in a very charming way. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend staying here.」
「We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property.
The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room.
We would stay there again.」
「Much nicer than a generic hotel room. Gas fireplace a nice touch. Modern bathroom. Liked the kitchenette with small refrig with separate freezer, sink and microwave. No hot food breakfast but the fresh backed goods are good. Fruit too.」
「Just book it . I recently stayed here in March so a little off season but it was still a perfect weekend . Location mint . Parking in the back . I can only imagine what it's like in the summer , will be returning with the kids . Thank you for a great stay 」
「The Cliffside Inn is a lovely boutique inn.
Staff extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Jo Jo and Bethany and cleaning staff very nice.
Stayed in the ST. George suite and very charming and comfortable with a water view and fireplace.
Breakfast exceptional with nice variety.
Afternoon wine hour also very nice with wine variety and light snacks.
A beautiful vacation and exceptional Inn.」
「The location was walkable to all the shops and Cliff Walk, but far enough away where we didn’t have to deal with the traffic and congestion. Staff were nice and accommodating. They helped to make our first time in Newport enjoyable and would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.」
「The view was stunning and the place is huge and the grounds were lovely. The coffee pot was so old it didn't really work well and the bed was so hard it was painful to sleep on!!!!!! I would stay at the resort again but only after confirming the mattress had been updated. It's hard having a good time when you cant get a good night sleep.」
