"Valet parking was convenient. The hotel location was great. The room itself was clean but small; like Manhattan small. Overall underwhelmed with the value based on price. "

"Don’t expect much for the price. The rooms are small is not much there as far as amenities however it’s centrally located. It’s close to all the downtown shopping. It’s right on the water, which is nice."

"The rooms were very clean and I liked that the suites had no carpeting and the floors were washed between guests making me feel more comfortable about walking around with no shoes on. I did not like the fact that the only vending option in the suites building was a simple drink machine. Also the pool heater was out of order for most of our stay. Other than that we had a lovely stay."

"Room was cleaned, had a nice view. Amenities were nice. I inderstand yhays a bot off season but breakfast was very poor. The only hot stuff, uou could get was a waflle. No meat, no eggs( only cold boiled). Also stuff at fromt desk very rude in my opinion. Always seemed fruatrated when a question get asked. Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent. "

Our room was clean and comfortable, the included brrakfast was plentiful and filling, there was on-site parking, and the location was judt minutes from everything. We would definitely return."

"This was our third stay at the Mill Street Inn and it won’t be our last. It’s located a couple of blocks up from Thames Street . . . so close to the “action,” but those couple of blocks bring you to a quiet peaceful spot. One of the things we really like about the Mill Street Inn is having breakfast brought to our room every morning . . . Allows you to have a nice relaxing breakfast in your room before getting ready to go out enjoy Newport."
