"Hotel parking lot is half destroyed by tree roots and appears under construction. Pool wasn't open, but looked like they are cleaning it or something. We arrived about 40-45mins after 3pm check-in, and rooms were not ready. Another family appeared to to have been waiting ahead of us. They were polite enough to apologize and provide explanation that the hotel had a couple bud loads of people that had checked out that morning. It was not a long wait, but we were moved rooms from what I overheard. The hotel store is very minimal, but meets simple needs. Our room was clean and in order. We paid weekend prices and likely. More because it was one night and not the weekend. I would say that the location is great in relation to Busch Gardens and access to 64 for travelling. It's accessible enough to go through to town for food, shopping, and entertainment. "

"Facility was very well maintained. I don't know if a recent remodel was done or new construction. But the fit and finish of everything was fantastic. I own a facility maintenance company and I would know if they had cut corners. "

"Woodlands tends to be crowded with a lot of kids and school groups but there are definitely quieter areas of the hotel. I loved the room I was in, the breakfast offerings were fine, the daily housekeeping service is a luxury, and the staff are terrific. Definitely CW has fancier places to stay but I love the Woodlands."

"Overall the room was clean; linens, towels were all fresh. The bed was super comfortable. Sean at the front desk was an absolute gem. Pleasant, courteous and full of information and tips on the surrounding area. Breakfast was at a neighboring restaurant. Dont forget to pick up your 10% discount coupon at the front desk. Parking was ample and easy. Right in front of your room. The only concern I had was a small amount of mold on the upper window trim in the bathroom. No venting in there, just a heat lamp. I’d have no problem staying again. Very budget friendly and very walkable to Colonial Williamsburg and Voodoo Brewing."

"If you're just staying a few nights, this place is sufficient for the price. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom needed some repairs - the ceiling was falling apart and the room could use a good deep clean. The pool wasn't open yet, so we weren't able to use it. Overall, for the price it was okay. If we just need to stay one night, we will probably stay here again. Workers were nice, breakfast had a nice variety (yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juices). Convenient location and not far from Busch Gardens or grocery stores, fast food places, etc."
