「Horrible!
Dirty! My straws on all the utensils and dishes. Spiderwebs everywhere. The dishes were all dirty. This place was not cleaned properly and has not been touched for months.
Then they sent us to another location, which was a bit better, but still not good.
Wasted our vacation, looking for places to stay and I almost went home less for a night.
Horrible experience!」

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer.
That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「Majority of staff very friendly. It is pricey, borderline ridiculous especially the cafe and buffet. Was told that they have no local competition so can charge as much as patrons willing to pay.」
