「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were fresh. It had a towel warmer which i found convenient. The room had tea/coffee facilities. Overall, my experience was pleasant. The most positive factor was that this hotel is a 3 min. walking distance from London City Airport.」

「I have booked the first night but when I checked in they said the room was not available anymore. Luckily I have colleagues to share the room out for me but I was exhausted after 14 hours flight and arrived hotel almost midnight and informed me this surprise :(」
