「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. 「Was a bit nervous when seeing the outside of the property but after found the door lol it opened to a lovely small reception area. We were met by the owners son who was friendly and happy to give information. Twin room was as above the expectation and the only issue was the bathroom door handle and as taped on but didn’t affect use just a detail thing really. I will defo stay again as son at BIRD college for next 2 years. 」

「Der Internetzugang war schwach und so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Es war nicht möglich, Dateien zu versenden oder Online-Recherchen anzustellen. 「Wonderful stay at The Crown for two nights, the staff were so friendly and helpful with great breakfast options. We stayed in the double room which was lovely, spacious & clean with a lovely view. Would stay again」

「Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.」

「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」

「We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses.
