We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate.
