Hosts were exceptional. We were running late for a tour upon arrival and they expedited check in to assure we made the tour on time. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Having on site parking in an ideal location for touring Ravenna was a HUGE plus. Don't hesitate to book here!

A small pied-a-terre in the centre of Ravenna with all the sights and museums within easy walking distance on the flat. There is limited parking on site but this needs to be booked in advance and you will need a residents pass to drive round the city streets(the hotel can arrange this). Breakfast is individually prepared and served- at a very reasonable price. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and some have outside space. Wifi was good.

Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would need my complete banking details or access to my PayPal account. Expedia would not credit my account and told me I would have to phone from Canada to Italy and apparently work the problem out myself with hotel..speaking Italian presumably. Villa Noctis customer support 0, Expedia customer support 0.. Don't use Expedia and stay somewhere else when visiting this beautiful city.

Villa Noctis - a must for a short stay in Ravenna

We chose to stay in Ravenna so that we could use it as a base prior to attending the Imola F1 Grand Prix. it was an excellent choice and the Villa Noctis was exceptional.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return!

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

Devi venire a Ravenna!

Great stay

This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we’re well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. The people running the hotel were exceptionally caring and pleasant. We recommend Hotel Novitas. It is also in a good location and easy to walk everywhere.
