「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.」

「Wir haben diezwei Nächte im B&B sehr genossen. So sollte ein kleines B&B sein! Eine überaus freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, schöne Zimmer sehr bequeme Betten und das Bad hat sogar eine Dampfdusche. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet, die Lage mitten im Ort, trotzdem sehr ruhig und ideal zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Parken kostenlos ohne Probleme möglich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!」
