Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Made extra effort in getting us a taxi to catch our cruise. Nico at the bar in the evening took good care of us.

This place had a queen bed and twin bunk bed in a single room that was so cramped. The shower was so small that it wasn't usable. There is no food available nearby if you come in later in the evening. By 8 pm everything is shut down except the Cafe which had sandwiches that where sitting out all day and had flies on them.

Struttura situata in zona ottima per raggiungere i parchi e il polo sportivo. Gli unici punti a sfavore sono stati il montacarichi per le valigie fuori uso, e a colazione niente buffet, e purtroppo nemmeno la spremuta perché non inclusa. Solo una bevanda calda e croissant, perché abbiamo dimenticato di chiedere il succo e nessuno ce l’ha ricordato. Alla sera nel bar c’è della gentaccia, il personale però molto carino.

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, per via del prezzo

l'hotel non è male e abbastanza comodo rispetto a Ravenna (per visite turistiche). Dovrebbe essere molto comodo per Mirabilandia, ma non era il motivo della nostra visita. Per il resto la zona è insignificante. i servizi sono adeguati per un breve soggiorno e non devo segnalare nulla di particolare (nè positivo nè negativo) sulla pulizia, ma comodità, arredamento e dotazioni al minimo rispetto alla categoria. L'albergatore è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo sofferto molto caldo durante la notte... diciamo che il termostato non è user-friendly. diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo è elevato, più per il prezzo che per altro.

Zero e lode

Attirati dalle belle recensioni, siamo rimasti sconvolti. Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia e ci è stata data una tripla minuscola. Il letto matrimoniale era stretto, largo 1,30 metri (la larghezza standard è 1,60 metri , dotato di un solo piccolo comodino. Ci siamo serviti di una sedia come secondo comodino. Il bagno era piccolo con un vano doccia mignon. La colazione era scarsa, un cornetto, una bibita calda ed una fredda. Una notte insonne sia per le dimensioni ridotte del letto che per l'insonorizzazione della camera , si sentivano russare e starnutire gli ospiti delle altre camere e lo sciacquone di altri bagni. La mattina abbiamo consegnato le chiavi per andare via anche se avevamo prenotato per 2 notti. Quando abbiamo detto il perché, ci è stato risposto che il letto da 1,30 è di dimensioni a norma, incredibile.
