「I had booked a king size bed. When they checked in, they checked me into two double beds.. when I went back up front they said they were out of king-size beds. And then I stood there with an unhappy face and they said hang on a minute, and they upgraded me to a suite.. so I was pretty pleased. They made things right. I will definitely stay here again.. 「The hotel was great, a little out dated and the rooms are small. We got a room with two beds. They were so close to the wall you really can’t walk on that side. Might as well pushed up against the wall. Other than that it’s ok. You have to go get more towels if you need them. 」

「The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.」
