"Bit of confusion on room bookings on Expedia vs on the ground but reception couldn't of done enough to sort it out and upgrade out room. Flawless facilities, great pool area, would only wish there was more of a pool bar food menu!"

"Very nice and caring staff. Clean room. Location is very nice - less busy but only 2 blocks away from the subway station which takes us to a train station without transfer (<20min). To the Barcelona airport it took < 60 min. Beaches are within 10 min of very nice walk. Tons of great restaurants around and front staff gave us great instructions where to eat."

"During our whole week stay there was no air conditioning as it was not working. We got no updates on when it was going to be fixed and was supposed to be fixed a few days into our stay. The only compensation they gave was minibar service which was basically just a few free sodas a day, which was kind of a joke. Our room was an absolute sauna despite having two fans. Additionally, our toilet stopped working and they just gave us keys to another room after repeatedly asking for help. Although there was still no AC this other room was totally cooler, which made us feel even worse. Overall, they did not do much to take responsibility and keep us updated on the situation and the no AC was terrible."

"Great location and very clean. Room setup was a little weird. Ultra modern style which sacrifices functionality: washroom does not close properly and the door is made of glass, which is weird for privacy. And the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. We had just come back from the police station from having reported lost passports and he was not understanding. We know we could not check in without the physical copies, but politeness and kindness are expected in times of crisis. But this tends to happen in fancy hotels: rude staff. Do not recommend."
