"Breakfast was great and location is superb"

"Underwhelming check in at the reception. Staffs are not friendly. Upon going in the room, I call the desk for a potential upgrade as someone message me if I wanted to upgrade for extra cost to have a view of the Sagrada which I accepted and happy to pay for. The receptionist laughed at me, did try to explain that it was an automatic message although it was signed by the staff name Veronica. I asked again if there’s a room I can upgrade to the staff replied “I don’t think so” with laughter in her tone. Not great service. This is one of the few review or possibly the first time I ever write a negative feedback and I travel and stay in hotels quite a lot. Only staff were great are in the breakfast shift. "

"It was clean. The cleaning staff and rooftop staff were great. Breakfast and spa were nice. Checking in was awkward. The woman who checked us in wasn’t very friendly. There was no VIP perk even though I was instructed to ask for it. Which I did with no reply. The hotel is nice. The area is so-so."

"The location of the hotel is superb it's less than 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familiar, the farmers market which is excellent idea for food. The hotel is a bit older, but very well taken care of, rooms are a bit smaller size for the value of the money which was expected. The staff was amazing, cheerful and welcoming and extremely helpful all the time.."

"The room was clean, the staff was very friendly the breakfast is not worth the cost, the eggs were cold, only had scrambled eggs and also the back was cold, No natural juices and the food runs out and you have to ask the staff to supply it. They can do better with the breakfast."
