Such a lovely boutique hotel in a great area of Barcelona. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are small but that's to be expected in this kind of hotel. We had a great balcony and slept with the door open most nights. The breeze was glorious! Would definitely stay here again. Walkable to lots of tourist sites, but just enough blocks away from them that the square itself was beautifully peaceful, with several great cafes nearby.

This was my first time staying at Room Mate Gerard. It won't be my last. The area was walkable, wonderful restaurants and cafes. The staff at Room Mate Gerard were great.
