「My experience was awful. The hotel looked nothing like the photos. I don't consider it suitable for families with children; it feels empty and insecure. Don’t waste your money in this property.」

「Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.」

「The shower had no water pressure. Asked to have room cleaned and it wasn’t on the first day there. Towels that we were given one was dirty with something brownish looking and another had a pubic hair on it. If I’m paying to stay in a hotel, with the prices the way they are, I believe that the room should be cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Nice hotel, but needs to be maintained better. Little run down.」

「The first room we stayed in in the refrigerator did not work and the toilet seat was loose. We reported it and left for supper. When we returned it appeared that nothing had been done so I checked with the front desk and the maintenance person indicated that he had tightened the seat as much as possible and that the fridge would have to be swapped out. At that point the lady at the front desk suggested we change rooms, so we had to pack all of our things up and swap to another room on a...

「The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.」

「Cracked arms on the chair in the room exposing the foam padding. Second time staying here & both times the mattress was saggy and had no support. Seemed just worn out. No AC in halls - stuffy & stagnant air. Nice staff…the place just needs to be kept up in maintenance and upkeep for the price per night.」
