"The staff was definitely the highlight of this day. They were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were ok. The whole hotel could benefit from new carpet or laminate flooring. The breakfast was okay. I did get put in a room under someone who is staying long term with four kids. It was very noisy. They offered to move me but the rooms they had available did not smell very good."

"Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked “. We were moved to a different room the next day. Should we come back I hope these issues are resolved "

Housekeepers did an amazing job. The spa services were amazing. Pay extra for a mountain view, you won’t regret. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. "

"Our room was clean and had a great view. When i checked in they asked if i wanted a city view or mountain view. That was up to me. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Pool, hot tub and arcade games/pool tables open 24 hrs. Plus they have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Starbucks too! I had an amazing time here. Im from the east coast and when i return to Colorado, i will be staying here again!"

"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott hotels they can just about do anything. I did request a handicap room when I made my reservation but somehow they said that the front just didn't get and they couldn't change it"
