「1st time flying into Cozumel and this hotel was perfect—friendly staff and centrally located for all the entertainment. The rooftop had a fantastic view, and next to the hotel was one of the best restaurants, “ Ambar”, which you must go to when at this hotel. 」

Only thing I’d change is I miss how the wait staff ito come down to the pool and service they don’t do that anymore and there’s not enough chairs and tables at the pool anymore but hopefully they’ll fix that. It looks like they’re working on things. Still very charming the Dive Shop is first class. Just needs a little bit of attention to the details. Hopefully when they’re done with the construction, it’ll all come together again.」
