"My first Bed and Breakfast and it set a hugh standard. We stayed 2 nights in Rm 1 and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is grab and go style and there was a sweet kitty what greeted us everytime we got back. Parking is a few blocks but we were able to easily drop off and load up befire parking. Definitely near the good stuff on Duvall but very quiet area. We came during Spring Break when it was high season. Loved the Elemis bath assesories very nice touch. Would stay again for sure. "

"We came for a two night first time visit to Key West. It's a great Bed and Continent Breakfast place. Great staff and we lucked out with an early check-in after a sunrise drive from Miami. We accidentally missed an item in the room while checking. Got a text from the managers who offered to mail it.
