「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins. Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.」

「The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!」

「This hotel is super close to the colosseum, it is one street over to the best gelato we tried in Italy. We loved the location, and the service at the reception and at breakfast was exceptional. The receptionist noticed that one of our birthdays was happening while we were staying with them, and they gave us a special treat that morning during breakfast. which was a very welcome surprise! Kudos to the staff at reception (specially the evening/night) and the breakfast team」
