"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend if you wanted room service to give enough time because sometimes it takes longer. We ended up going to the spa and Swedish massage was amazing. Using the steam room and the sauna was a great bonus. We went to the Fallsview buffet in the hotel, and it was really great. We ended up going more than once and kind of wish that they had different options each day but still all delicious."

"Falls View Suite was awesome! Was on the 11th floor and had perfect view of the Horseshoe Falls. Amazing view! Room was very big, with a separate tv viewing area which was nice for the teenage kids when the parents were ready to sleep. Only gripe is the parking fee on-site. $50CAD per day. There is a parking garage right next door for $15. You could come and go 3 times per day in that lot for less, and I don't normally come and go that often. Would be nice if parking was free. It's no extra cost to the hotel, but it is lost revenue in an area that's all about squeezing every cent out of tourists. Overall would still recommend as the location and view were perfect."

"The Kent was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The employee working the check-in was incredibly welcoming and made sure we understood all of the nuances of the location. I had never been to this property in its prior incarnation, but the renovation looks to have been thorough and done with a lot of thought. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The balcony was a wonderful place to have my morning coffee. The location is so quiet and relaxing. The pantry is a great amenity and has nearly anything you would want from plates and silverware to coffee and tea. The same woman handled our checkout and was just as pleasant as before. We grabbed a quick breakfast in the cafe before leaving which was also very good. The only thing I would change is putting a second garbage can in the room for convenience when having snacks or cleaning up before leaving."
