「Awful experience. First, this is not a hotel, it’s an Airbnb. I have stayed there for 3days, I haven’t seen a single staff. I helped myself check in, check out, call taxi, and collect rubbishes as they don’t provide housekeeping service unless you stay more than 8days. Also the location is awful. I need to climb the hill for more than 20mins from the closest restaurant, not to mention from the dock. And I need to carry two super large suitcases get on and off though a super long stair in...

We were a family of 5 adults - the lovely receptionist welcomed us with a fruit cake and cherries as it was Christmas- such a nice gesture The apartment had plenty of room for us all and a large terrace which was great for morning coffee’s and evening glasses of wine and card games The location of the apartment is very central for all of the bar’s & restaurants and the beach and the establishments on the back waterways...

「The rooms offered a very nice seaview. The flat was well furnished. I felt like at home. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs. However there was no repair to be arranged after I reported.」

Exceptional Service from Bernatte and Jian!

"We had an amazing experience at Meriton Suites Broadbeach, thanks to the outstanding service from Bernatte and Jian. As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and understanding they were, always sharing empathy and ensuring our needs were met. Their warm and professional approach made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and we are truly grateful for their support. Great location

"Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane."
