"We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and unfortunately, the breakfast experience was consistently disappointing. The menu selection was very poor and repetitive, far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. More concerning, however, was the level of service. We were travelling with a baby, and simple requests such as a high chair or baby cutlery were handled extremely slowly, often requiring multiple reminders. This made what should have been an easy dining experience unnecessarily stressful. Basic table service was also lacking. Used plates were not cleared unless we explicitly asked, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, it was quite unprofessional to see staff at the entrance wearing wireless earphones and chatting among themselves instead of attending to guests. There was little sense of organisation or attentiveness. Overall, the service at breakfast was far below expectations and significantly impacted our stay. Aside from the location, this hotel does not deliver the level of quality expected for the price."

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic, from customer service to the location and on! I would highly recommend this place; especially if you are here for an extended period. We stayed a week and was so grateful for the centralized location and the laundry facilities in our suite! "
