「Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Operations Could Be Tighter Overall, I had a good stay at Orient Beach Hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and easy to navigate. I stayed in a ground-floor unit and really enjoyed the patio, oceanfront view, and breeze. The location is excellent. 「Beautiful location although the amount of seaweed is unbearable and makes the beach useless. The property is also miles alway from all local attractions.」

「The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...

The ones at the bar were not so nice did not want to assist much we were sitting by the pool and ordered they told us they not coming over there we would have to back over for our drinks which I thought was crazy .went early in the morning there was one guy in a blue shirt we try to get information about calling a taxi he brush us off like nobody’s the housekeeping was very polite .」

「While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant.」
