"Pésimo todo, desde el ingreso con la falta de datos que pase antes del tiempo que pudieron, hasta llegar y que estuviera sucio, sin llave, me cambian de departamento y me piden tiempo para limpiar, llego más tarde y el bólido sin servir y no me dan servicio nunca. Cuartos con cortinas que se ve para adentro, sin privacidad. Utensilios de cocina en muy mal estado y rotos, pocas toallas y sucias o rotas m, sin sábana pura de cajón nada para taparte. "This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there were lots of children. This was spring break/Semana Santa so maybe that accounts for it. The adults-only pool was an oasis of calm!! Restaurants - Mezquite was pretty good and beachside, which is nice. Codex was excellent! Really enjoyed that meal. Inventive and yummy."

"Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet! "

Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities. The concierge team was disorganized and not very helpful, especially when trying to reserve cabanas or follow up on a lost-and-found request. Another downside was that for an adults-only resort, the beach and pools closed at 7 PM every night, which limited evening relaxation options. That said, the highlight of the stay was the hardworking staff on the ground. The bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams were excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently greeted guests, which made the experience much more pleasant. Their effort and professionalism were the most positive part of the trip."
