「I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. 「Seascape is a very nice place for relaxing and enjoying the keys. Close to everything. Place is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We took out the kayaks and went around and that was fun, we also used the bikes and enjoyed that. They let you borrow chairs and sunscreen pool toys, also the pool is very nice and clean. 「Staying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it).
