"Hotel is in serious need of some updates. Front desk staff had to be plied with questions about wifi password and other things, rather than most other hotels telling you up front where to find that info."

"When I viewed the picture online, it looked it very nice when I arrived. It was very messed up it wasn't to my standards or liking that refrigerator in my room didn't get cold. I take insulin that have to be cold. I had to use dairy refrigerator when it was time to take my insulin, and I asked for it. they act like they couldn't find it the sulfur in the room was ragley. The quill on the bed was denji the carpet was dirty I have underlying conditions when you go to the front desk the people is very rude that room have an odor that's not pleasant. I am going to request an refund they charged me an extra $100 dollars.Holding fee i checked out this morning, and I checked into the Hampton Inn By Hilton much better service, I have not one complaint my refrigerator is working correctly my insulin is staying cool I got an whole suite for the same price i will not recommend that hotel to anyone. Nor will I ever stay in another one the pictures does not match the property which is considered false Advertisement i was not feeling well the whole time of my stay the quill on the bed is denji online is state's breakfast is free but is not you have to pay for it and there's nothing that you could order everything is frozen that have to go into an microwave.I don't eat pree cooked cooked foods they serve coffee in an Starbucks cup but the coffee is not starbucks coffee?That's also false advertisement.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I give it an 1 star"

"The property has been around for a while. It could use a facelift meaning and remodeling the ceilings had paint shipping. The shower and the toilet is connected. When you take a shower the water runs from out the bathroom until the bidding area where you use the restroom the toilet runs Unless you go and shake the handle"

"Polite and professional staff - always greeted me when they saw me in the lobby on my way in or out. I didn't have a chance to try the free breakfast or hang out at the bar but I heard the food was good. Overall a clean property and clean rooms - I just wish there were some USB A and/or C tech in the room that would allow me to charge my devices. All-in-all I would return to this property within walking distance of everything."
