If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

「Amazing stay! Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was exactly, if not better, than advertised. You can see into the mountains from a king bed through 2 huge windows. The staff is so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a wide spread of food and was delicious and there was free coco tea all day to help with the altitude. 10/10 recommended for Cusco」

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and is a short walk to the city center. Breakfast each day was healthy and tasty. The staff went above and beyond with transporting and storing our luggage for a few days while we went to Machu Picchu at their sister hotel which we stayed at when we returned to Cusco. 」

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful.
