「I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.」

「The property is beautiful and perfectly located, close to everything in Cusco. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels very safe as there’s always someone at the front to open the door. 「Clean room. Service is excellent from room cleaning to the reception. Shout out to Alberto, he is very helpful and attends to our needs for our 7 day stay at this hotel. Plaza de Armas is short distance walk (7 mins walk). Going down to plaza de armas is easy but going back to the hotel is a struggle because of the uphill hike and dealing with Altitude. I suggest to take the uber going back to the hotel, it only cost me around $4-4.40 US (15.50 soles). For me, the hotel is worth it, hot water is...

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Warm welcome by the staff as we arrive very early in the morning, they let us to checkin earlier. So that we can enjoy a hot shower and good sleep after long flight from Hong Kong to cusco.
