「Was an excellent stay! The airport transfers were super easy and we were able to store luggage for a few days while hiking. The staff was also amazing and helpful whenever needed!」

Staff was very helpful with recommendations, with tacos, friendly, breakfast was great with several options and including fresh local fruit that was perfectly ripe. Missing it already. 「This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). 「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Loved my stay here at Casa Cartagena in Cusco. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and the amenities such as the spa was wonderful, especially after hiking Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. The welcome tea and chocolates with free water was also a nice gesture. Bartender was also very friendly and gave me and my friends a personal pisco making lesson.
