「Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.」

「This property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too.
If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!」
