I liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life.

Great location. Space is clean and simple, kitchen had all the utensils we needed to have dinner at home. Parking is a bit tricky but we unloaded and then found parking a couple blocks away. We’d definitely stay here again, love the neighborhood.

An excellent and well equipped apartment

This is an exceptionally clean and well equipped two bedroom apartment in an excellent location within the very appealing area of Ballard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

The property was great and just what we needed after a week in the Pacific Northwest. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of amenities, whether we used them or not. Street parking can be a bit of a headache, but we only had a problem once. I would’ve preferred better options for putting away clothes that don’t go on hangers, but we made do. I would definitely stay here again.

Vince was a great communicator. Only negative would be if you were planning on sitting outside chairs are rotted and broken. Space had everything we needed for a successful night.

Small but clean

We stayed here because we were in Ballard for a concert. The music venue and several places we visited (2 breweries and a restaurant) were only a 1 mile walk away. I think the only tricky thing was the street parking. We had to circle a bit to find a spot. Luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Comfy beds, and coffee was provided.

Expected Ballard experience

The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.

The suite was very clean and spacious. Only issue I had was hearing someone walking loudly on floor above. Just a loud walker and quite active throughout our stay. Maybe just letting others know to be aware that many people are occupying the space and to be considerate. Otherwise, very good place to stay and I would definately stay here again.

I was exactly what I was looking for. it was quieter than I expected, completely clean and orderly. Kinda wish the coffee was a Keurig or something (its just me). I drive a big truck, so parking when school is in session was a bit of a night mare. I'd still reserve that space again the next time I'm in the area.

The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers.
