「This hotel really fell short for me on the customer service front. Despite my arriving at the property before 10 PM and departing after 8 AM, I never saw any staff at the front desk. If everything had gone as planned, this could have been okay, but unfortunately there was an issue and the only way to receive any support was by chatting with the staff via the Expedia app (and one of my messages they didn’t even respond to). The room I had was dark and small and there were multiple noises heard...

「Check in was not a great time. Somehow reservation got mixed signals between the property and Expedia, so had to stay in a downgraded room for the first night because my room was occupied and then switch rooms the next day, host was remorseful and tried his best to fix. Parking leaves a lot to be desired and there was an abandoned car taking up space that was needed. Room was spotless but didn’t come once during the week to clean, refresh amenities. Property was clean for the most part but...

「Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it.」

「I have very mixed feelings about this place. The good: beautiful large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balconies, in room laundry and full kitchen. Very responsive host. The bad: No real AC. Unit was 80 degrees when I arrived. Fridge was broken and inoperable .」
