Front desk individuals could communicate better, like checking out and providing you with a slip authorizing you to leave but not telling you who to provide that too. You need to put a card in a slit for your room to have electricity but it’s not like you’re going to use your credit card so why can’t they come up with an extra key room for that purpose!"
