「Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. 「The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! 「Emailed numerous times prior to arrival but got no response. On arrival at the accommodation I was greeted with numerous bags of rubbish outside my apartment, which never got moved for 3 days. The water in the apartment wasn’t running I got advised from to use my families room who had 4 people in it. With very little running water. To use the shower you had to hold the shower head as the clip to at held the shower head in was very loose… No air conditioning in my room, but know some other ones...
