「Magnífico hotel en Costa Meloneras, muy bien ubicado, con muy buenas instalaciones y gran servicio. El Buffet del desayuno y la cena muy bueno, con gran variedad y calidad de productos. La única pega es que las bebidas de la cena no están incluidas y los precios son excesivos, teniendo en cuenta que ya has pagado por la media pensión, incluso por una botella de agua me parece que cobran demasiado.」

Vi hadde en litt skuffende opplevelse og syntes ikke de levde opp til sine 5 stjerner for er par år siden, efter å ha tilbrakt flere opphold der tidligere, vi var derfor spent på å komme tilbake nu. 「Les spectacles , les animations, la piscine, la chambre, la terrasse le professionalisme du personnel tout était parfait.. par contre dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transfert de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. 」

「+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。」

「Praktisk lejlighed, lidt enkelt indrettet, men de var vi forberedt på, så det fungerede fint for os. Vandet var lunkent, og der lugtede lidt af kloak fra håndvaske, så vi “lukkede” håndvaske efter brug. Vi bad ikke om ny lejlighed, da der var fuldt booket. Venligt personale og super lækker stor balkon med vild udsigt, liggestole, stole, bord og parasol. Pool var dejlig varm og der var fin plads. Vær forberedt på mange trapper.」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」
