「The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. 「Really liked this property, but had to take a star off because of the incredibly dim lighting in the rooms. During the day, the natural light floods the room. But at night, we literally had to use our phone flashlights to get around. The lamps are chic but are not adequately doing their one job. Other than that, this was a very quaint hotel with lots of good amenities - easy parking, free bikes to ride into town, a very nice pool area, and a well-stocked breakfast bar.」

「This property resembles a motel. I had trouble with the booking and had to call to resolve my reservation discrepancy. AC didn’t work at all. Hair dryer broken. Iron broken. Dirty rug. Outdated and rundown rooms. Provincetown is an expensive destination and the price of this hotel reflected the quality. I expected much more for my stay although I’m out on activities all day. I want to be fair to readers and emphasize this is a shabby hotel.」
