「Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here. 1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left. 2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived. 3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever...

「Beautiful apartment and plenty of room. Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave but the fans and portable ac units were very helpful. I wish the narrow “balcony” canal view would have been a bit bigger but that just because I had dreamed of having a glass of wine or cup of coffee overlooking the Venetian canal but it was still very cool and much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for management is a more modern coffee maker. I did not have coffee, did not know where to buy any...

「This was our best stay in Italy! The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the beds, linens, and overall comfort were excellent. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - which was incredibly important with temperatures around 100°F (38°C) outside. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay so much easier.
