「Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「I appreciate that someone was still in the check-in office when I arrived late, I was unable to call amid travels and luckily was able to check in late. The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo. It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern. 」
